Refund and Returns Policy

The short version

  • 30 days from the day your order is delivered.
  • Free pickup in Accra & Tema. We collect the item; you do not pay return shipping.
  • Sale items are included. A discounted item has the same 30-day cover as a full-price item.
  • Nationwide orders: contact us and we will arrange the return. Any courier cost outside Accra & Tema is confirmed with you before pickup.

How to start a return

Message us within 30 days of delivery using any of these:

Send your order number, the item you want to return, and a short description of the issue. We reply with the next step, usually the same working day.

What qualifies

  • The item is unused and in the condition you received it.
  • Original packaging and accessories are included where possible.
  • You have proof of purchase: your order number, receipt, or WhatsApp confirmation.

If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We cover the return and send a replacement or refund. You do not need the original packaging in that case.

Refunds

Once the item is collected and checked, we confirm the outcome by WhatsApp or phone. Approved refunds are paid within 5–10 working days:

  • Cash on delivery orders: refunded by Mobile Money or bank transfer to the name and number you provide.
  • Card or Mobile Money orders: refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery fees are refunded when the return is due to a fault on our side or an item that arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different item or size, tell us when you start the return. If the replacement costs more, we confirm the difference with you first. If it costs less, we refund the difference.

Digital products

Downloadable guides and digital protocols are not refundable once the download link has been used, because the file cannot be returned. If a download fails or the file is faulty, contact us and we will fix access or refund it.
